My puppy is currently 17 pounds with 12″ neck and 19″ girth. I bought the pack in size XS. It fits great with lots of room to grow. There are photos of Barney wearing the pack in the user photos. I bought this pack just to give my dog a little extra workout on walks and hikes. He is very high energy, so it takes a lot to wear him out. Given that I bought an XS, I wasn’t expecting Barney to help carry much gear on hikes, but I was very surprised at how much can fit in the bags.
